Terms of Sale
The conditions for purchasing ProxyMod licenses. Last updated: June 27, 2026.
1. Seller identification
Licenses are sold by:
- Seller / Legal representative: identity not disclosed, in accordance with Article 6-III of French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 (LCEN); provided to any competent authority upon formal request.
- Legal status: Micro-enterprise (micro-entreprise).
- Administrative address: 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France.
- SIREN / SIRET: 998 950 224 / 998 950 224 00019.
- Contact: [email protected].
Hereinafter "the Seller". The "Customer" refers to any person making a purchase on proxymod.net.
2. Purpose
These Terms of Sale (the "Terms of Sale") govern the sale of licenses granting access to the ProxyMod application and the marketplace. They supplement the Terms of Use. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
3. Products
The products offered are time-limited licenses granting access, for a fixed duration, to the ProxyMod desktop application and the plugin marketplace. Each offer states its duration (expressed in days of access) and, where applicable, its features. These are digital content and services supplied remotely.
Purchasing a license while a license is already active extends it: the new duration is added on top of the current expiry date. If there is no active license, the license takes effect immediately.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in EUR and are those in force at the time of the order. As a micro-enterprise, the Seller applies the VAT exemption scheme: "VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code". Prices are therefore net, with no VAT.
The Seller may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. Promotional discounts may apply; where applicable, the discount amount is shown in the order summary.
5. Ordering
Orders are placed from the Customer's account: selecting an offer, displaying a summary (offer, duration, price, any promotion, new expiry date) then confirming payment. The Customer must have an account and be logged in. Confirming the order constitutes acceptance of the price and of these Terms of Sale.
6. Payment
Payment is made online via PayPal. After confirmation, the Customer is redirected to PayPal's secure payment page to authorize the payment, then returned to the Service. The Seller neither collects nor stores the Customer's banking details, which are processed exclusively by PayPal under its own terms.
The order is only definitively confirmed once the payment has been actually captured by PayPal. If the payment fails or is cancelled, no amount is due and the license is not activated.
7. Delivery & activation
As a license is a digital product, it is activated immediately after the payment is confirmed: the Customer's account is automatically updated with the new expiry date, and the application and marketplace are unlocked on the next license check. No physical medium is delivered.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, a consumer normally has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, pursuant to Article L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
By confirming the order, the Customer: (i) expressly requests immediate performance of the service before the end of the withdrawal period, and (ii) acknowledges that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal as soon as the license is activated. Consequently, no withdrawal is possible once the license has been activated.
9. Refunds
Given the immediate activation and the waiver of the right of withdrawal (Article 8), activated licenses are non-refundable, except: (i) a lack of conformity or malfunction attributable to the Seller that is not resolved within a reasonable time, or (ii) any other case where the law requires a refund. Any request must be sent to [email protected], specifying the account and the order concerned.
10. Legal warranties
The Customer benefits from the legal warranties provided by the French Consumer Code, in particular the warranty of conformity for digital content and services (Articles L. 224-25-1 et seq.), as well as, where applicable, the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). These warranties apply independently of any commercial warranty. To invoke them, the Customer contacts the Seller at [email protected].
11. Duration & renewal
Licenses are for a fixed term and do not renew automatically: no recurring charge is set up. On expiry, access to the application and marketplace re-locks until a new license is purchased; the Customer's account, plugins and settings are kept. The Customer may renew or extend their license at any time (see Article 3).
12. Service availability
The Seller endeavours to keep the Service available but is bound only by an obligation of means. The Service may be temporarily unavailable (maintenance, updates, force majeure). The Seller may change the features, including the list of supported Minecraft versions, without this calling into question a license already acquired for its remaining term.
13. Personal data
Data related to orders (account identity, amount, status, history) is processed to manage purchases and licenses, and to comply with accounting and legal obligations. The Customer has the rights provided by the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, etc.), which can be exercised at [email protected]. See also Article 10 of the Terms of Use.
14. Disputes & consumer mediation
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer first sends a written complaint to the Seller at [email protected].
In accordance with Articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution of the dispute. The Customer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts are determined under ordinary law.
